COMMUNITY CAPITAL / INFRASTRUCTURE FORUM 2: Funding & Support for Climate Resilient Infrastructure
With the wild weather of 2017, we’ve seen floods, droughts, and forest fires, many communities were directly impacted, and millions of dollars were spent in response and recovery work. Based on these significant costs and impacts, proactive communities are looking for ways to be better prepared and reduce vulnerability to future events.
This presentation will highlight some of the key funding and support opportunities available to help communities in BC build infrastructure that is more resilient to floods, sea level rise, droughts, and other climate risks.
