FOOD SYSTEMS/SECURITY FORUM 2: Growing Healthy Food, Climates, & Communities Through Regenerative Agriculture

November 22, 2017
2:30 pm  -  2:50 pm

In the words of Robert Rodale, who coined the term, “Regenerative organic agriculture improves the resources it uses, rather than destroying or depleting them. It is a holistic systems approach to agriculture that encourages continual on-farm innovation for environmental, social, economic, and spiritual well-being.” Regenerative agriculture delivers healthy soil, prosperous communities, climate protection, and good food.

Hunter Lovins will present the latest work from such practitioners as Savory Institute, Gabe Brown, Joel Salatin, and Will Harris to outline a way to meet the food and fiber needs of the world’s people.
