Narissa Chadwick is a Registered Professional Planner, and has been working for the BC Provincial Government as a Senior Planner for more than twelve years. Her primary focus involves projects related to integrated community sustainability planning (ICSP) and climate mitigation. Through her management of the development and implementation of the Province’s Community Lifecycle Infrastructure Costing (CLIC) Tool, she has been enthusiastically engaged in revealing the connections between land-use planning and asset management.
