Victoria Barr is Program Manager for BC Healthy Communities. Her work involves ‘connecting the dots’ by exploring how our built and natural environments are linked to health and well-being. She is a former research consultant and faculty member at the University of Victoria, and holds a Masters degree in Health Promotion, and a PhD in Planning.
